Tickstory

So far I assumed that MT4 can only handle .fxt files to a maximum of 4GB. When trying to find out via trial and error how many years that would represent, it seems that this is not an issue anymore. I was able to run backtests on files that were over 5GB. So is this 4GB thing not relevant anymore or...

Unfortunately my SSD C: drive is only limited in disk space. How can I store the historical tickstory data on a different drive than C: and also have MT4 point to that drive for the backtesting data. I already installed MT4 outside of C: but the data folder by default gets created on App Data in Win...
