Tickstory

hi,
The problem is I can't open the software. I did install the latest, from the email link that was sent to me.
I just get this screen, and then it closes.

I am trying to register the software. After I bought the tickstory lisence, it sent me an email saying 'To activate this lisense, go to Help->License code in Tickstory and enter this code'
The problem is, there is not 'License code' menu under Help!!

Hi, I Bought the tickstory program, but after installing it, it can't open up. It just says 'Tickstory stopped working'

When downloading the historical data, it downloads csv files and folders. I think downloading the folders takes a lot of time.
Is it possible to download the csv files only?
Am I missing something??

Maybe you could charge for it. If the price is reasonable, I'm sure many people would be interested.

Has tickstory made an API feature available yet?
