Tickstory

Many thanks for your support!!! Issue resolved ans was because I forgot to include "{symbol}.csv" in the path. This was causing the export failure and inability for Tickstory to write the file.

I can Download data to the folder created in "My Documents" but cannot do an Export to the same folder (see attached screen shot). Can I get some help to know why this is happening? If I'm configured properly to be successful with downloading data, then why cant I also export without getti...
