I've opened it with a text editor and this is what I see (image attached). But my platform is not able to read it.
How can I import it to MT5?

Problem exporting file to Metatrader 5 (MT5)
Hi, when I want to export the file to MT5, I follow all the steps in the user manual, I get to download the file but it's in excel format, not CVS, so my platform is not able to import it. What am I doing wrong? I attach an image if it helps. Thanks
