Actually I seldom download the data, only once a while,
since I had subscribed a Pro version before, can I just
subscribe to a monthly version as and when I need it,
say at the monthly fee $10.75, instead of the Standard fee $85.32

Hi, my Tickstory Pro subscription expire 26/Apr/25, two days later, is there any discount for annual renewal ? How to get the offer if there is ? By the way, is the data from Tickstory Lite for XAUUSD exactly the same for the Pro version, what is its shortcoming compared to the Pro version; besides ...

I just subscribed to Pro version and started download XAUUSD from Dukascopy; and find
that the speed is so much slower than I used the LITE version.

May I know how to access the quicker Tickstory server to improve the download speed ?

it did run after that.

I am having Tickstory Lite 1.9.7.16(L)
and having MT4 build 1415; however when I tried
launch MT4 from Tickstory, it shows "No official
support is available for this feature and it could
stop working with future versions of MT4".
How to get around this ?
