Subject: Request for v1.9.7.19 installer — .NET 4.8 not supported on my OS
Hi,
I'm running Tickstory Lite on an older machine (Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB, build 10240 / version 1507) which is permanently capped at .NET Framework 4.6.2 — build 1507 can't install .NET 4.8, and that OS build can't be feature-updated.
The current Lite build (v1.9.8.x) requires .NET 4.8, so it won't launch on my system. Per your changelog, v1.9.8.0 was the version that moved from .NET 4.6.2 to 4.8, which means the last build that runs on 4.6.2 is v1.9.7.19 (28 May 2024).
Could you please send me the installer for v1.9.7.19 (or the latest 4.6.2-compatible build)? I only need it for downloading Dukascopy tick data and launching MT4 for backtesting on this hardware.
Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Vinize7,
As you may know, Windows 10 is currently out of support which means we need to ensure our software is updated accordingly or otherwise risk a number of issues that might arise from using outdated versions.
I understand that you might be using basic functionality but we can't guarantee that this outdated version will work now or in the future (we know for sure that it will not be able to launch the latest MT4 builds). The best course of action is to update your Windows to a supported version. If you still need to use Windows 10, the base minimum would be one that supports .NET 4.8 so you can see if the latest version of Tickstory works with it.
Hope this helps.
