The error is most likely related to the previous problem. If you do not have a stable connection you will be getting errors. Tickstory will attempt to recover from these issues so as long as you see the download progressing, it means that you are getting the required data.

Hmm ok because it says that download is complete? It means that the data was downloaded despite the error?

Surfshark VPN seems to have solved it, tried a different VPN before but didn't work! Bought the Standard version also yesterday, hope there are no more issues now
