Sono costretto a formattare computer con licenza tickstory. Posso dopo aver formattato ricaricare su questo computer vecchia licenza? Grazie
Translation: They have to format the computer with tickstory license. Can I recharge after formatting on this old computer license? Thank you

Hi - you can simply use your original license number. As long as you are not using the software on more than 2 machines, it is fine!
(Italian: Hi - si può semplicemente utilizzare il proprio numero di licenza originale. Fino a quando non si sta utilizzando il software su più di 2 macchine, va bene!)
