Tickstory

When I used activated/purchased ea (likes wallstreet ea that activate with mt4 account before run it every time) with Backtest, there was nothing occurred.
I think that using Tickstory program to run MT4 for Backtest is not send account information to activate in order to use the ea.
How can I fix this issue?

If the EA is not working for some reason, I suggest you check the Strategy Tester 'Journal' tab for information. There may be an error logged there that will provide the EA author more information to trouble-shoot for you.
