Hello there
When I export the data to the mt4, I set 40 gold spreads, after a successful export, when I backtest in mt4, Can I change spreads again？

Hi - for the most recent versions of MT4, all you need to do is enter the new spread value in the 'Spread' box in the MT4 Strategy Tester. The value that is set in the MT4 Settings is currently there only for backward-compatibility reasons and is not used by the latest MT4 Builds.
