Hi Akmedfx,

It appears that your PC ran low on memory during the download operation - perhaps you had some other intensive applications running? If you download the same date range again, does the error recur at exactly the same file? If the error no longer occurs, it means that Tickstory has automatically recovered from the problem and you are free to continue your export/backtesting.
