Hi,
Whenever I try to download quotes from the server, it displays the following error:
Error loading: The remote server returned an error: (407) Requires authentication broker. (URL: http://www.dukascopy.com/datafeed/AUDUS ... _ticks.bi5)

Prompt, please solve this problem

Hi Serg,

This error is due to some sort of network error when trying to access the data from the internet. If you are attempting to use the software in a work environment, you may need to set the correct "proxy" information in Tickstory's File->Settings->Dukascopy Datasource. Please consult with your network administrator if you are unsure what this should be.
