Hello,

i purchase tickstory and i am trying all day to fix that error.
I read all the previous suggestion on that forum but it is not fixed.Please check the images.
I try also tick value 1 and tick size 0.00001
I use Vipromarkets broker

Please advice me what i should do.

This error is usually indicative of an incorrect parameter in your "MT4 Export" settings OR you haven't exported a sufficient date range (make sure you export at least 6 months). Here is a complete check-list to help you resolve the error:
