Can not download (Error 500)

new puchasing order(1.19) ,but can down load , error info like basis connection closed, cannot download... how ? If need order's email address, please let me know.

If you are located in China, we believe your access might be curtailed by your ISP or Dukascopy. We are tracking the issue here:

At the moment, we believe you can work around the issue with the use of a proxy or VPN (or possibily a different internet service provider).
