File Server.mt4config. missing

Good evening, unfortunately I can not download the data correctly. In the 5th point of the guide, in the help section (distribute mql4) it says that I have to select the File Server.mt4config. that I find in the folder tickstory after installing the expert in mt4, unfortunately this file is not anywhere. How to do?

Hi Giotrade,
Just check the EA "Journal" tab to see if any errors are being reported. It's possible that the you need to explicitly specify a "Config name" in the Tickstory Expert EA parameters. Please refer to our FAQ here for further details:
