I have just bought Tickstory, and I purchased it because I want to backtest an EA from mql5.com martket.
But unfortunately it does not work with mql5 market.
Can I have my money back? I read that you offer money back guarantee.

The problem is that when I open the mt4 using tickstory, the mt4 is offline and I can't login into mql5 market or using the EA that I bought from them.

Thanks for the further detail. Could you please try logging into MT4 and see if that resolves the issue? If not, appreciate if you can let us know any additional errors/problems you are getting.
