Hello,

Will tickstory return accurate data if a News Filter is build into the EA? Mine is based on Forex Factory Calendar, and I have options for high impact to low impact.

I run my EA just filtering out high impact news with a setting of "no new trades 15 minutes prior to news" and "no new trades 15 minutes after the news"

If your news feed has its own historical data feed then this should work. Tickstory only exports the historical pricing data at any given date/time so any additional information that your EA requires will need to be supplemented by you/your EA when performing a back-test.
