Metatrader Build 1264 Support

I am getting the following error: “A suitable launcher could not be found”
1. My license ID is applied;
2. The MT4 installation folder has already been configured correctly;
3. The operating system I use is Windows 10;
4. My machine has great performance.
5. My version of Tickstory is Standard and is updated.
6. My MT4 is version 4.0, build 1264.
I was able to launch MT4 from Tickstory on this same machine with the same settings, but after a certain time I started to get this error. I haven't been able to use the tickstory since.
