Hi did purchase the software yesterday and followed all the instruction.

When I try to open MT4 for back test alarm pops up saying no suitable launcher has been found, if I then close and try again the mt4 will open.

However when I try to back test that what it says in the journal of the strategy tester : 2020.07.15 01:10:16.445 TestGenerator: file "C:\Users\kekkcontin\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\3B534B10135CFEDF8CD1AAB8BD994B13\tester\history\GBPUSD5_0.fxt" cannot open [32]

That's for the m5 as well all the other timeframe how could I resolve it?

Hi Falcaoinvest,

Regarding the launcher, the error can show if your system takes some time to start MT4. Pressing Launch again once MT4 has started will resolve the issue.

Regarding the 'Cannot open [32]" error, please make sure Tickstory has fully completed its exporting before attempting to back-test.
