Hi, I have downloaded tickstorylite_setup_1.9.7.19 for free,
but I cannot use it since there is a promo banner on the screen and cannot close.
My pc is windows 11,and i also install .NET 4.6.2 dev and runtime software.
So how can i going on use it ?

I have the same problem, I can't use the software because I can't get rid of promotional pop-ups. I can't even close it, so the only way to close it is to use Task Manager. I think it's definitely a bug. Net Farmer Work is also installed.
I'm translating it with google.

Hi, can you both confirm that you have installed the English version of the Microsoft .NET v4.6.2 installer? Could also confirm your operating system?
@Neyokido, what language are you working with - could you please give a screenshot of what you are seeing? What is "Net Farmer work"?

Sorry, I made a mistake.It's Microsoft .NET v4.6.2.
The OS is Windows11. Japanese version.

Hi,i have install Microsoft .NET v4.6.2,it shows that:
This computer has already been installed NET Framework 4.6.2 or higher update.
And my PC OS is Windows 11 Home Chinese Version.

Hi Slosh and Neyokido,

At this stage we can only assume something is corrupted or missing with your .NET 4.6.2 installation. It could also have something to do with the Japanese/Chinese language .NET installation as the problem only appears to occur in foreign languages.

To try rectify the issue, can you please try:

- Running the Microsoft .NET Repair Toolkit.
- Installing the English version of .NET v4.6.2

And let us know if either fixes the problem?

i got tickstory few days ago.
I just SUDDENLY started to have the same promo banner problem. i looked for threads and tried to install .net 4.6.2, but it doesn't allow me because i have a later version already.

i am running windows 10.

how to uninstall existing .net version and then install 4.6.2 and then try to run tickstory again.

or if there is another solution will be great

Hi Sherinmhamad,

Generally speaking, you shouldn't attempt to uninstall newer versions of .NET as they may be required by other software. Instead, have you tried the .NET repair tool mentioned above?

I followed the instructions and installed the relevant software, but the problem is still not solved. What should I do next?
