Historical data

Good evening,
I'm exporting historical data to my MT4 and it's only half done. I export from 2015 to 2024 and in 2020 (June) it does not continue. In tickstory it shows performing the export, but in MT4 when I perform a backtest it does not have the historical data.
How can I solve?
