Error 304

I am having the issue of too many installs. I have fully deleted Tickstory from my old trading laptop and now only have 1 copy on my VPS. I get error 304 when trying to install on my new laptop.

Hi Raf1200,

You are permitted a maximum of 2 activations per license. Could you please go to the Help->About/License screen on your VPS and tell us the last 4 characters of your "Support ID". We will remove the activation on your old laptop so you can activate on your laptop.

Thank you for the quick reply. If you would be kind enough to reset them both I will just start again as my vps version is not opening either (I'm guessing out out storage space lol)
