Error Code 304

Hello,
I activated the license on more than two computers and only after I got Error Code 304 I understood there was a limit on the number of activations.
I will uninstall tickstory from all machines by this evening and keep it only on 2 of them.
I've seen the issue on previous posts. The last 4 characters of my "Support ID": 0523
Could you reset both the activations please? So that I can be able to install your software on 2 machines which I will select by tomorrow?

Could you please provide us with the email address you used when purchasing? We cannot identify your license based on the email address you have provided.

Thanks for the further info. Could you please register on the forum with the corresponding email address you mention? Just a reminder that each license is allocated to a single user that is permitted 2 activations on their own devices. If more than one user needs to use the software, you can purchase additional licenses accordingly.
For account security and support purposes we only correspond with the original license holder. If the software was intended for your use only, kindly send a confirmation from the original email address and we can transfer the license to you.

Hello,
I have now bought my Tickstory Yearly Updates and Support Subscription license (with my personal gmail email)
and I have my personal activation code.
I have reinstalled the software on my workstation again but still I cannot use it.
I would need to download data as soon as possible
Last 4 items of my Support number: 03C2
I would greatly appreciate your suppport asap.

sorry I realized the error was 404 (I tired download data which were not available) and not 304,
all good with my license, please, ignore my previous request
