Subscription renewal failed :(

Good morning, today was the day of renewal of my annual PRO subscription but unfortunately I forgot.
You tried once for the payment but my card did not have all the credit requested by you.
Now I have recharged it and I would like to know from you how I can resolve this situation.
Can you try again for the payment, or did this happen I lost my annual renewal?
