Hello everyone, tickstory admin. Sorry, don't know what to do or who to ask to...
I'm using tickstory professional.

I'm having an issue. I've downloaded USTECH.IDX and also already export it to my mt4.
But when i'm doing a back test, it's not running. Any solution? Thank you

It's running great on XAUUSD, BTCUSD, and others. Just this USTECH.IDX...

Hi Bossrobot.id,

It looks like you've correctly selected your "Map to" symbol in the screenshot you sent which means your symbol settings must be correct. Usually this error occurs when the MT4 strategy tester has a currency it cannot recognize/convert. You might want to try changing the "USX" symbol base currency into "USD" before exporting and see if that helps.
