Hi, my Tickstory Pro subscription expire 26/Apr/25, two days later,
is there any discount for annual renewal ? How to get the
offer if there is ?

By the way, is the data from Tickstory Lite for XAUUSD exactly the
same for the Pro version, what is its shortcoming compared to the Pro version;
besides being slow in downloading ?

Actually I seldom download the data, only once a while,
since I had subscribed a Pro version before, can I just
subscribe to a monthly version as and when I need it,
say at the monthly fee $10.75, instead of the Standard fee $85.32

Yes, you can convert to a monthly subscription if you wish. Since you don't have auto-renewal activated, you can just let your current subscription lapse and after that, you can renew if by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking the Renew link. Your subscription gives you access to a number of additional features aside from access to our dedicated data servers including software updates & support and access to our Advanced Tester module amongst other features marked in yellow on our Download Page.

As far as discounts go, this is usually applied if you include a subscription on your initial purchase of Tickstory. If you are interested in making an annual renewal, then please let us know and we can assist you further.
