Promo Banner Pop up

Hi, I have downloaded tickstorylite_setup_1.9.7.19 for free,
but I cannot use it since there is a promo banner on the screen and cannot close. Any solution?

Please run specifically the v4.6.2 installer and repair if necessary. Sometimes .NET gets corrupted and might have missing components.

I have the same issue, I followed the steps to repairing using the microsoft software but the issue still persists

Could you please confirm that you specifically run the entire Microsoft .NET v4.6.2 installation as linked to above? Also, could you please confirm your Windows version and if you're running under any emulator/special software? The DOS prompt you sent a screenshot of doesn't look standard?

I am running on windows 11, I have downloaded and repaired using the link provided. I did see the missing components that weren't there before - and now see the components are there are after the repair. However, the pop up still comes up.

Thanks for the further information, Adjj. Just to clarify, the pop-up is supposed to come up. It should also have a close button at the bottom which allows you to close it. If you are not seeing this, could you please send a screenshot?
