Invalid File/No data for testing

Hi, I have the tickstory standard version.
HST files are present in D:\MetaTrader 4 Axi Terminal\history\FPMarketsSC-Live4
FXT files are present in D:\MetaTrader 4 Axi Terminal\tester\history
History center under tools on mt4 terminal does not show the exported data.
Possible to help me in this issue? Still unable to run my test, it was working when i was on the lite version, but after upgrading and exporting more history , the above message is shown

Hi Lwl99,

The Tickstory upgrade would not have affected your data in any way, so most likely something has occurred when re-exporting your data. Could you please re-export your data again, perhaps a smaller range just to make sure everything is working (say 1 year). It may have been the case that your previous export run out of disk space or something similar. The "invalid file" usually means that the exported data has been corrupted/inaccessible in some way.

Hi, i will retry again, i have reinstalled the terrminal on latest build and now exporting on another broker, also i dont think it could be that disk space ran out since its running on an ssd with abot 3tb available storage.
I have also requested advanced tester through the email sign up page multiple times already but have not yet recieved the email for download link the past weeks or so.

Hi Lwl99,

If you're using your Gmail address, it should be working. Could you please check your "Spam" folder and check if the Beta message is there. If it is, then please flag it as "Not Spam/Phishing" so you will receive any future emails without issue.
