I have pruchased a professional license, but i have not received any activation email to use my license. Could you please assist me with this issue?

Hi Luis,
Thanks for contacting us. It's more than likely that Apple/iCloud are blocking our messages to you due to some odd filters they have. We have tried to resolve this directly with them however they indicated they didn't know what was causing it and doesn't look like they will in the near future (we raised this with them some months ago). Is there another email address we can use and update your record with?

Thanks for providing an alternative email address. We've updated all your information to this new email (including your details on this forum). You should have received all your license emails to the new address. If you can't see it, please check your Spam folder.
