Backtests show "n/a"
I'm experiencing an issue with Tickstory where exported tick data to MT4 has missing periods, leading to gaps in price charts and inaccurate backtest results. Despite completing the export without errors and using the correct settings, some time periods are absent, tick accuracy drops, and backtests show "n/a" or zero-volume candles. I’ve tried different spread settings, verified MT4’s integration mode, and checked disk space, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a known fix?

Hi Aaronramsdale,
The most important thing to do before proceeding any further is making sure you are getting 99.9% modelling quality on your report. This result ensures that you are correctly using TIckstory's tick data. Please see this video for the basic steps on how to back-test with MT4 and this section in our FAQ to resolve the "N/A" modelling quality.
Thanks.
