Tickstory does not open on Windows 11

Hello

I am completely unable to run Tickstory light.
I have tried everything.
Uninstalled and reinstalled .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.
Activated the NET Framework repair procedure.
Disabled the PC antivirus and Defender.
When I click on the Tickstory icon, nothing happens.
If Tickstory light works, I will subscribe to the paid version.

Could you please tell us the version of Tickstory you are using? It seems that you've been using Tickstory for a number of years now without any issue. Has anything notable changed that may help us understand the issue?

Hi Jehan,

Can you please answer the following:

- Check to see if "tickstory.exe" is appearing in the Task Manager? Does it appear and then disappear when you click it? Or maybe it appears and remains there without any UI showing?
- Have you successfully run a previous version of Tickstory on this PC before?
- Could you also please tell us the O/S language (English, Russian, etc) you are using?
- Is there anything else notable about your operating system/environment? (For example, are you using a virtual machine? ARM? etc)

Hi !

1/ "tickstory.exe" never appears in the Task Manager. When I click on the Tickstory icon, nothing happens.
2/ No I changed the motherboard (Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. PRO B760M-P DDR4 (MS-7E02) (U3E1)
and the CPU (Intel Core i5 12400F)
3/ The o/s language is French.
4/ No virtual machine or ARM....only changing from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Thanks for the information. We've reproduced the error - it appears to be due to languages. We are working on a fix and it should be released soon.

Hi Jehan,

There is a limit on the size of the FXT data files that the Lite version will process. Please check out this thread to see if it resolves it.
