Cant activate the license

Hi, I bought a professional copy of Tickstory, this is the order : (omitted for privacy) back in 2022

I dont know how to activate it now, i can download only the lite version, Should I use the key code somewhere?

We have resent your license details to your email. This email contains your download link to get the registered version of the software. You can update your subscription by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking "Renew". Once you have renewed your subscription, your download link will provide you with the latest version. You will also be eligible for all our subscription services.
