Tickstory Lite AND Tickstory Standard

Post by pgp »

Hi all,
I am using Tickstory Lite with MT4 (build 432) and I am very happy with it.
I am thinking to buy Tickstoty Standard, so I can use it with MT (build 9++).
I would like to have them both though, because I some of my EAs compile and run only under build 432.
Is it possible to use them both (Lite and Standard), and if not, what solution do you propose?
Thanks and best regards

Hi Pgp,

You should be able to use a single Tickstory Standard installation to cover your EAs across all of these builds. Of course, at the moment there is only support for a single MT4 Installation to be selected at a time. This means you will need to select the installation you need prior to export and launching. Aside from this, I am not aware of anything else worth noting that deviates from your current use of the software.

Please let us know how you go and of course we will try assist if there is any issue.

Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply and the explanation.
I just wish there could be away to run multiple MT4 Installations, and even better, simultaneously.
Thanks again and best regards

Hi Pgp - thanks for the feedback. We do have this on our list of things to do. For the moment, it should be relatively straight-forward to switch the configuration in your settings.

Regards.
