Data Download issue

I've been getting this download error regularly (but not every time) I try to download...

I cant see anything that covers it in the manual or FAQs or in the forum (so far)

This is a licensed version of the software....Any thoughts???

Hi Brookmyre,

This error can potentially occur if you are experiencing internet connectivity issues or overloading your connection (such as trying to download too many pairs at once on a wifi connection). Tickstory automatically attempts to redownload failed data, and it appears that it is successfully doing so on the next attempt (as denoted by the download progressing to the next piece of data). The next time you download the same date range the error should no longer appear. If it does, just ensure your connection is stable or, if possible, try a different connection.
