Exporting to MT4 every week

Hello, I export 6 months od data to MT4 and use it with no problem (and great pleasure).

Every week I would like to update data (especially tick data embedded) in my .hst files.

How can i do it ? Do I have to export 6 months (with last week included) once again ? Can i export only 1 last week and "add it "somehow" to already exported data ?

Thank you, btw. i use this paid version if it makes a difference for this issue.
