Tickstory Lite and Exporting CSV Tick data

Tickstory Lite and Exporting CSV Tick data

Tickstory Lite does not download a correct CSV file when the Tick timeframe is selected.

The CSV file generated has thousands of lines in it, but each line has the same values.

Please FIX.

Hi Dbaechtel,

It is likely you have selected the wrong file format and/or field tokens when exporting. Please see the manual (F1) for more details and check out our video on this topic:
