Application Icon disappearing
Hi, I bought the package tickstory STANDARD and twice disappears from the PC I do not find the icon to turn on the program, how come? Thank you

Hi dekkanel02020,
Could you please clarify which icon you are referring to? Are you talking about the Application icon on the Desktop and/or Windows Program Files? In both cases, the icon should not just "disappear" unless the application is uninstalled and/or you inadvertently deleted it (you might want to check the Trash folder to see if that was the case).

The TickStory Launcher on desktop is disappeared,
No longer find the icon on the desktop, I do not know how to start the platform now. The documents are all there

Hi Dekkanel02020,
You should be able to run the program by pressing the 'Windows' button and simply typing 'Tickstory'. If you have installed it correctly, it will appear in the Program menu.
If it's not there, then it means you have not installed it. If that is the case, please download the application again from the download link that was emailed to you and install it and try running it again.
