I bought a license back in 2017, but I can't find the email with it.
I have the Paypal transation.

Of course we can help, although we will need to know something to be able to identify your license such as an Order ID or the email address you used when registering. A check doesn't seem to reveal any license for the email address you provided. If you can reply with further details on this thread then we can look further (private information will not be revealed publicly).
