MT4 Launch Issue (Build 1359)

Hello guys, I am using a license tickstory software.
I am having an issue when launching my MT4.

image attached for reference.

I hope somebody could with help with this issue. This is new to me.
I appreciate your help.

It is likely your MT4 has updated to the latest build 1359 automatically. The latest Tickstory v1.9.7.2 has just been released to maintain compatibility. If you have an active subscription, please click on your download link to get this latest version. It will resolve the error you see.

If you are using the Lite version, then please proceed to our download page to get this update.

I've installed latest TickStory Lite version v1.9.7.2.

Lauch Mt4 did not work with previous and current version.
Error message: You are permitted to export a maximum of 365 days...
I'm pretty sure I'm exported 365 days only.
Optimizing runs fine except I get modeling quality n/a.

Please advise,

Hi Richard,

Please clear your fxt history folder and try exporting again (try exporting only 11 months just to discount any possibility of an issue with the number of days).

it's weekend here, did not expect to have an answer so soon.

Downloaded 31/08/2021 - 30/07/2022.
Yes, launch MT4 worked.
Fingers crossed to see if we don't get modelling quality n/a this time.

hi tickstory!

I've installed latest TickStory Lite version!
I exported data in mt4, after testing dismatch error is 0 and mt4 given full green color line! but the modeling quality persentage is showing n/a!!!
how can i see number of percentage 99.9 ?
