i bought the standard tickstory about 3 months ago and iam getting the attached error when trying to launch mt4
iam using 1356 of mt4
do i have to pay to get it working

MT4 is updated from time-to-time which may necessitate a corresponding compatibility update of Tickstory. These updates are provided as part of your active subscription. The latest version v1.9.7.3 is compatible with up to Build 1363 of MT4.
If you your subscription has expired, you can go to Help->About in Tickstory and click the "Renew" button. Once you have renewed, the latest Tickstory version will immediately be available through your original download link (i.e. the same link that was sent to you upon your license purchase).
