Issue with launching Tickstory

Hello, I have an issue with launching Tickstory. I made the purchase a few days ago and everything was fine until now. I’ve been using it these past few days without any startup issues.

I’m not sure why, but today for some reason, when I launch the application, after a few seconds, it seems to stop responding to any input, showing the message "Application starting, please wait" without any change.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and of course, turning the computer off and on again. Still nothing, it continues not to start properly.

What could this be due to?
