Download the latest Standard version

Hello, I bought the Standard version a while ago. How do I download the updates? Thanks.

Hi Felixmoore,

We couldn't find the email you provided on file, however if you currently have the email that was originally sent to you on purchase, this contains a download link. If your subscription is current, your download link will deliver you the latest version available. If you need to update your subscription, you can easily do so by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking the "Renew" button. Once your subscription is renewed, your download link will provide you with the latest update.

If you require specific help for your account, kindly provide us with the email address you registered.
