Download link downloading old version

I try to update my Tickstory but my personal download link keeps downloading the old version 1 9 8 2
How can I fix this?

Hi Rickkert,

Your download link gives you the last version available to you on your chosen subscription. In your case, your subscription expired in October last year. To renew your subscription, you can go to Help->About and click the Renew button and follow the prompts. Once your subscription is renewed, you will immediately have access to the latest version via the same download link you already have. You will also have access to all other subscription services such as access to our dedicated servers and our Advanced Tester.
