Error code 104: Failure in activating the license

Hi Team,

I am using Tickstory for more than 6 years from now and reinstalled the software to my new computer and I get the subjected error code 104 with a failed authentication. I believe this is because I exceeded my limit of 2 machines, so could you please clear my registered machines referring to my email address? So that I can activate Tickstory on my new computer. Your help is much appreciated.

We couldn't find your license information based on the email you provided. Could you kindly provide us with your registered email so we can assist you further? Also, please ensure your subscription is active if you require priority assistance.

Hi Payne,

Thanks for providing the correct email address. We've resent your details to your t**[email protected] address. Your license is still valid. Please note though that your subscription has expired. If you wish to continue to receive technical support along with the latest version of Tickstory, you can easily renew your subscription by going to Help->About and clicking the Renew button.

Thank you again for your professional assistance. I do appreciate your quick help and support. I was able to activate my license and everything seems to be working with a little exception that the Renew button you explained navigated me toward a 404 page and I could not proceed furthermore. (link removed for security reasons)

Hi Payne,

You're welcome. Regarding the renewal link issue - that's odd. Could you please tell us which "renew" link you clicked? Is it in the one in the Help->About box?

Because the link contains sensitive information, we have sent you a private message to help you to renew your subscription. You can access your private messages from the menu in the top-right.

Hi,

Yes I attempted using the Help>About box but it navigated me toward a 404 page. Maybe because mine is an older version(1.9.5.4)

Thank you for the information regarding the subscription as well, I will renew my subscription accordingly.
