Export data format problem

Why my export data format is not symbol.csv ? Please refer to my screen captured file.

Hi Patrick,

The files you are looking at are the downloaded tick data information, not the CSV file you have exported. Make sure you have specified a full output pathname/filename as mentioned in our documentation.
